The classic black (fermented) Pu-erh picked from the highlands ancient tea tree in early spring 2003, hand processed using the traditional technique of sundry the whole leaves and heap fermentation. The tea has a strong aroma while still packed and a mild lingering aroma when brewed. A little sweet after brewed for 8+ times. Sweeter when cooled.
