Our white teas are all hand-picked from the ancient tea trees in Yunnan province in China. Different from the traditional white tea originated in Fujian, our products can be brewed for at least 15 times with long lasting floral smell and honey taste.
The White Cloud (Bai Mu Dan also known as White peony) liquor is golden yellow. The taste of the tea is slightly earthy, clean and mellow because it contains more whole shoots .
Because of the better quality of the tea leaves in Yunnan, cold brewing is a unique way that unexpectedly manifests the sensational sweet floral and lightly vegetal flavor from those white peony. The infused leaves are sturdy, fat and bold.
